Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable staff. They make you feel comfortable and they all love animals no matter what kind. They took such good care of my grandsons hamsters, even though they ended up passing away in the long run but they give you 100% dedication.

This was my first ever visit to Waterloo West - I had an emergency with my Bunny Snap this morning and the staff were so helpful. I called in frantic and since it was first time there, the lady created a profile for me on the phone while I ran around trying to get ready to bring in my Bun (they got me in not even 20 minutes after I called!). They were transparent about pricing over the phone, so there wasn't any surprises at the end when I paid which I really appreciated.When I got there, I was put into a room immediately and saw a vet tech about 5 minutes later. About 10ish minutes after that we saw the vet and they were just so helpful. They did a full exam and found what had happened, gave me meds for him and some cleaning pads to help me keep my buns paw clean. I was horrified at first as I've lost a bunny before due to medical issues indicated by bleeding but the staff were just incredible, especially when Snap got a little saucy!I hope to never have an emergency like that again, but I'll definitely go back to help trim Snaps nails and for his checkups. (posting from a visit a while back) excellent service! they took very good care of my bunny and were very clear about costs, instructions, aftercare etc. however i wasn’t allowed in the building due to covid protocols which made the experience very scary but the staff made it feel so comforting and safe. thankyou!!!!!!!

We called the night before to speak to someone about our cat. They took the time to hear us out over the phone and booked us in for an appointment the following morning (our concern wasn't urgent but needed). We were seen quickly and spoke with the vet. We were really happy with the short care we received from the emergency staff working on the holiday weekend!

Very friendly staff at this location. We have been taking our Cat here ever since and it’s always been a positive experience. They send annual reminders to ensure you know when to bring your fur-baby in and what vaccine/check-up is due. Due to Covid, they still have restrictions in terms of going in with your fur-baby so they ask you to park your car outside & call them. They will take care of everything inside and let you know when done. Great place & would definitely recommend!
