Vaccination Status

Listed below are all vaccinations required prior to a grooming appointment. This section must be completed and returned before we are able to book your pet in for an appointment. We recommend all vaccines be done at least 1 week before a groom to ensure optimal safety for your pet and our staff. We will be confirming these dates with your primary veterinarian.

All animals entering the hospital must be up to date on vaccinations including Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella and free from external parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.) or they will be treated upon entry at the owners expense.

If the above vaccines have previously never been administered to your pet, there will be a 1 week waiting period after vaccination before booking any appointments.

Animals that are not up to date on vaccinations will not be admitted for grooming until vaccinations are updated.

Please be advised that missed grooming appointments will be subject to a $40 charge, per animal, without 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule booked appointments.
