COVID-19 POLICY UPDATES

For the health and safety of our clients and our staff, we are maintaining  “HANDS-FREE” DROP-OFF CARE at this time. Maintaining curbside care ensures we can continue to deliver needed health care to pets while keeping our clients and staff safe.  We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to opening our doors in future.

What does this mean for you and your pets?

We have resumed all pet care services but we are continuing to admit pets to the hospital from the parking lot at this time.

If you have an appointment please give us a call from your car at (519) 747-2020 when you arrive to check-in,  we will then meet you outside and bring your companion into the clinic. After your pet has been admitted, please wait in your vehicle on-site unless otherwise agreed for the doctor to speak with you in person, outside or by phone. 

If you require food or medications for your pet, please call us from your vehicle and we can bring these items to your car, or visit our webstore at https://myvetstore.ca/wwah to arrange free shipping of your pet’s favourite foods directly to your home for orders over $50.
