What does this mean for you and your pets?

We are still able to see ill or injured pets but we will be admitting them to the hospital for appointments from the parking lot. We will then ask you to wait in your vehicle onsite for the doctor to call you on your cell phone so they can go over things with you before moving ahead with any treatments.

We have also made the decision to postpone all elective appointments going forward at this time so that we can continue to offer care to any sick or injured pets. Please note, we are unable to see ferrets in clinic at this time.

If you have an appointment please give us a call from your car at (519) 747-2020 when you arrive and we will come out to the car to bring your companion into the clinic.

If you require food or medications for your pet, please call us from your vehicle and we can bring these items to your car, or visit our webstore at https://myvetstore.ca/wwah to arrange free shipping of your pet’s favourite foods directly to your home for orders over $50.
